pr.exe has stopped working. HELP?

The previous version of PR worked fine, so I the newest PR and I get a pr.exe has stopped working error every time I attempt to launch the game, the loading splash comes up but the error comes up at the same time. I uninstaled the previous PR version and reinstalled the newest, still same error. Any help would be appreciated in getting this to work. Thanks in advance.
