Upon Pressing of Escape, minimizes game

Ok, for the last 10 times I've played, I have never exited game through menu, always through the task manager
I think the biggest reason is the fact taht I use alt tab to do some stuff, but this last time I didnt use alt tab for anything taht time,
So basically all that happens is that I press Esc to go to main menu, and it minimzes instead

Are you maybe actually pressing CTRL+ESC because that is a short cut to bring up and focus the Win-Menu (minimizes BF2). Win-Menu will pop up.

Please reread what you wrote and tell me that you understand everything, because I don't xD. Please be more descriptive/rephrase as I do not understand what relation you see between closing BF2 using the Task-Manager and pressing ESC when ingame.

Does it happen all the time or is it appearently random?
