BF 1.5 Patch problem

Hello, after a break from PR I'm making my return. HOwever, having problems. I installed BF2 and downloaded the 1.5 patch. When trying to run the patch I get a message saying my current version of BF2 is newer and the patch installer exits. This is false, I have not installed any of the patched.

Any ideas? am i suppose to install one of the earlier patches before installing 1.50?

Install Patch 1.41 first, than install Patch 1.50
