For me it always goes 10 degrees to the left, so I've learned to counteract that and just place it more to the right of where it 'should' be. But apparently (according to the red text) if you walk a bit with the radio out it fixes that?Dr.Roy.Mustang wrote:Alright, I will give it a try then when I am leading... It really confusing. I can't get a mark on the ennemy for some reason.

There is deviation on the SL radio, so wait 5 sec while crouching and u will get an accurate mark-snipe!
(Contact Marker right on ur attack-marker is a headshot!)

Re: Commander with more markers!?
So in conclusion will commander in the next patch release get 1+ markers? Or will they still get the same amount?
If we are stuck with 1... Can we at least shorten the time for a second one?

Thanks for the tip ! I've always wondered and never figured why 1 out of 3 radio markers land 100m from my attack marker till today.Push your walk key once to make sure that the marker lands on the correct spot.
Many thanks to everyone involved in the making of the best videogaming experience ever !

yes, markers go where your legs are pointing, not necessarily where your face is pointing, walking a little fixes it

AFAIK the hardcoding means that the commander can only do one thing every 45 seconds, regardless of how many things are available.Draakon wrote:What about addind more Marker buttons on the CO screen? While one marker reloads, CO can place down another marker in the mean time.

I'd like command placed markers to be permanent like the way points. Thats all I ask.

Let sleeping threads lie chaps.
It is not possible to change this feature as it has been hardcoded since the BF2 1.5 patch. Use the SL markers which are a very effective way to communicate with your team without a commander in the chair.
Locked.

The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like... victory. Someday this war's gonna end... "
