PR loading very slow

For the last few days my PR sometimes loads maps very very slow sometimes the PR dog tag icon turns into the Vista thinking icon(light blue spinning circle, and I hear a sound byte) I check the task man and it shows me PR running normal but also shows a Pr mem error.
Now this doesnt happen between everymap but it seems to be getting more often.My specs are
intell 2.0 dual core
geforce 9600 GT
4 gigs ddr2
Vista 32 bit
Mind you Pr has been proforming fine for months now and I havent changed anything.
Any advice will help
