Service Communication Failure ? v0.917

i just installed V0.917 and i get "Service Communication Failure : PnKBustra.exe" when game starts up ? this just started after i installed newest update ? i have reinstalled PB twice now and i still get this ? i have also rebooted after each install ? how can i fix this ?
