correction for the Manual

I thought 9 was patches? And I thought I could access the Incendiary grenades when i pull up my weapons HUD (scroll wheel).

Some kits are different.
They are all being reworked to that system I think

It used to be where 9 = incendiary. But they wanted to have the incendiary show up on the list when you scrolled, so they revered it, since it's obvious to what the patch is, but not the incendiary.

I remember when they first added it, I had one guy in my squad ask "So red grenades are flares right?"

Actually as a transport pilot, I've taken a real liking to them as flares. The smoke column goes straight up, is easily visible in many maps, and all damage to vehicles is done in the first microsecond of the effect, meaning they're safe to land on by the time I get there.
Players might be hardcoded, but that sure doesn't seem to stop anybody from trying.


The only winning move is not to play. Insurgency, that is.
