now that would be funny
make only 1 map tho, it would wreck the storyline a bit but i think this would solve it (it wouldnt be a big battle tho, inf. only perhaps?
anyway:
a big friendly fire incedent as US marines mistook a british force for a renegade republican guard unit
it sounds ok i guess

US = Friendly fire. End of. Perfectly plausible to have the US knock off a few british troops, unfortunately since we dont really indulge in much friendly fire it would be a tad unfair as we wouldnt shoot back. Though if we did the word massacre comes to mind (of them). hehe.
I'd like to see some comedy weapons instituted, twin barreled shotguns, spear guns etc, makes for highly entertaining battles.

What we need is a US vs UK map where they are playing with the MILES system. You wouldn't have to actually remodel the weapons to include it, just say in the scenerio that it is just a MILES exercise. Maybe it could be like that MOUT McKenna mission in America's Army?

double post there ^
i dont know about US Vs iraq (i think thats strictly USI) and the Allied Intent mod has a mortar in it
but giving the spec ops/sniper a grapple hook/zip line doesnt sound like a bad idea

....Did I sleep through the announcment where grappling hooks became standard issue amoung Special Ops and Snipers in the USMC?
I know, how about jet packs too, and ninja throwing stars.....Bungee ropes anyone?
Slightly harsh reply, but I cant believe anyone that plays PRMM for the right reasons would want to see something as ridiculous as grappling hooks.

I have a few British Army infortmation DVDs lying around (I'm gonna join up when I get old enough, at the moment I can't get enough of learning about them) and on one of them it shows a training operation at Copehill Down where an infantry team use a grapple hook to scale into an upstairs window of one of the buildings. Not sure if this is common practise, but I can't see why they'd train with it if they weren't used in the field. Is this really an impossibility?
