Can't install

Fileplanet's download manager finally managed to download this mod. But after I try to run first part of the installer, all I get is black console box which closes immidiately.

I have BF2, BF2 SF, all booster packs and I have installed latest patch (my BF2 retail version is provided with newer patch than 1.4)
Right now I'm redownloading from Mod DB since I suspect that my installers might have got corrupted somehow.

But just in case of that something else isn't right I ask from here.
So, what do I do in order to install this mod? Just run part1 and 2 or do I need to reinstall whole BF2?



PS. I tried searching the forums but I couldn't find anything like this. 0.9 install manual didn't offer any help either (for this kind of situation)

run part 1, then part 2. don't need to run patch again.

i wouldn't trust mod db over anyother link, i've tried all 3 that are currently available and all have been corrupt each time i've downloaded them

rename the installers to pr_0917_full_part1of2_setup.exe and pr_0917_full_part2of2_setup.exe if they are not so already it may cause a problem when you run them

Hmm, maybe using bittorrent will help..
Are installers still password protected? If so how do I enter the password? I tried renaming installers but I get error which says that there can't be two files with same name in same folder (that was with .exe ending) When I tried renaming installer without .exe, whole folder crashed.

Btw, I use norton internet security. It hasn't reported anything related to this though.

Downloading installer with bittorrent fixed the problem.
