Looks like the armament got increased to 20mm cannons or so, because I flew it on Sunday and had a "blast" taking out US FOBs and infy on Kashan. Many thanks!

The highest ROF any weapon can achieve is 1800 RPM. You just have to make the sounds match after that. And that number than increase by the twos if you code more barrels on the weapon. I.E. Rotary cannons like the GAU-8.

Actually it gets halved. Have 1800 rpm with 2 barrels and each barrel will shoot 900 rpm. You can achieve higher rate of fire by using batch sizes (like shotguns/shells) on single fire comps (one barrel). For multiple barrels you are stuck, unless you create a dual weapon setup responding yo the same input, in which case you can make a more realistic setup. Ie, miniguns on the lb,from current 900rpm per minigun to 1800 rpm per minigun, for a total of 3600.

The gau 8 is not coded with multiple rotating barrels, it only has one and a rof of 1800 with a batch size of 2 iirc which means it fires 2 shots per bullet, which is why the ammo is halved to compensate.
