Hi,
when i load beirut and look at the city, i got a big lag and then crash to desktop or pnkbstrB.exe heartbeat stop. when i look at the sea its ok, but turning around means freeze :/

Its not a bug, but your computer that is causing the lag / crash.

It looks like you upgraded your system with more ram than XP can use, and a new dual core CPU, but you neglected your GPU, which is from 2005 and comparable to my old 6800 GT
I would think that if you crash will looking towards the city, with lots of things to render, your FPS should drop dramatically and I assume that it puts too much strain on the card. Your running Low, or Medium graphics setting?

i actually got 2gb ram, my cpuz was bugged and showed 4 gb :/
my graphic settings are all high, but i played it on that system on high before 0.91 and it worked. i notive such fps drops but i have game.lockfps 50 in my general.con, so the drops arent that critical.
and my gpu should work with everything on high, even though PR adds a lot more objects, but those are mainly stressing cpu.
