MD5 Mismatch - AIDLL.dll - Help?

I've done a forum and Google search, but little has come up regarding the problem I've got. I can connect to servers fine, but after 1 to 4 minutes I get kicked for MD5 Mismatch: AIDLL.dll. This problem has only started since I've been playing v0.91, and wasn't a problem in v0.85, which ran fine.

I've also checked through the stickies regarding the MD5 Mismatch problems, although short of the "uninstall, defrag, reinstall" option, the rest of the stuff in there doesn't seem particularly relevant to my issue. If someone could zip up a working version of the file and send it, then I feel that would sort the issue.

And for the enthusiasts:
Windows XP Professional
Genuine Intel(R) CPU 1.73GHz
1GB RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 256mb

(Yes I play PR on a laptop, yes its not a very powerful laptop, yes I've had to pimpslap it into shape in order to play PR, and yes, when I actually get to play a game without being kicked for MD5, it runs smoothly.)

make sure to scan for viruses, might be a nasty one nesting into all .dll files it finds
