You don't have to download anything. Go to
[your BF2 folder]/mods/pr/common_client.zip/sound/menu/music

The files are in ogg format, but any decent audio player can handle that.

The music in PR 0.9 has been shortened by a minute on most tracks, you will be able to buy the full soundtrack with bonus tracks and better quailty tracks on my website very soon, hopefully by Friday 12th of Feb.


Or you can just take the short version of the songs from the PR folder.

I just spent half an hour listening to the tracks only, and oh, well... they're magnific. I'm a huge fan of music in general, and I can see myself saying the soundtrack is one of the best things in PR. For instance, the main theme coda, if we can call it that way, is awesome.

But don't the tracks have titles anymore?? I can't remember what my favorite tracks are, because they're named "mapXX".

And if I may add, Alkali, some of the tracks reminded me of Mogwai, the band.

it is very good - I particularly loved the theme music in all versions of PR from 0.7 onwards (when I started playing). But this track is particularly good - always love it.

My favourite has to be Afghan Uprising. I first heard it in 0.87 on one of the new maps (can't remember the name! grr). It's brilliant, love the start.

Having found this post through a google search, i just thought i'd add this, the link where i purchased the 0.9 soundtrack. Thanks Scott, i enjoy this work nearly as much as the game itself.

Just one question, is there any issue if i would use excerpts of this soundtrack for an instructional video? Maybe using the shortened tracks available in the game folder?
