[0917] Random IED explosions

Description:
Shoddy IED wiring. On two separate occasions I have seen (and died/been wounded by) the pipe bomb IED spontaneously blowing. I was not the operator and the operator had not detonated the IEDs. Furthermore, it had only been one specific IED exploding instead of the whole batch that the Sapper had placed.

Steps to Reproduce:
Unclear as of now. Appears random.

This happens if you lay one IED too much, it explodes right in your face.
