I don't see what was mean about it. Obviously if you can go around insulting other places (or place a relatively harsh critique), then you should be able to take it back from someone.

You get what you give, basically....

What? You think because he called an entire group "douchebags" that =}H{= is gonna just give him a cake and sing "Why can't weeee be friends?"

Stupid idea.

I say they should take what they can dish out, except me, because I have no self-esteem and the only thing that keeps me going is a girlfriend that lives 800 miles away... ._.

Only a gamer that can't kill doesn't wanna see kills :D

However I find the idea of being able to see your kills only at the end to be quite good.

People often rely on kill counts to see if they got the guy(s) or not. Which is quite unrealistic.

Although I previously voted for round end, I'd be happy if they increased the notification during the game to 5 minutes to match the increased time that people might stay down since their kit will still be available.

Well on both their parts they should of private messaged. Why publicly insult someone or someones clan? It is not a matter of being able to take it or not it is a matter of professionalism, especially on the clans part. If someone does not like a organization and it lashes out publicly (one representing H) that shows poor leadership IMO.

But as for myself I have nothing against H, I actually prefer their servers than anyone else... As for the guy who called them douchbags that was childish and if he has a problem with H he should of took it up with them and not on the forums where everyone could get involved.

As for the kill counter please get rid of it. IRL enemy kills are hardly counted anymore. Estimates are given and even then it is kept a secret from the public and to confirm a kill it is very difficult (2 other people have to physically see it) and in today's war battles of attrition are hardly fought anymore (Iraq and Stan).

And I am sick and tired of people grabbing a sniper kit or a SAW kit from a squad then leaving and camping the whole game just for kills. It goes the same with APCs and Tanks (sometimes) many a time I have seen APCs and Tanks do their own thing just to get kills.

i have changed opinion about this many times and thinked positive, negative sides.best choice for me is that show kills, deaths, points at the end of round but only show best squads scores. so,if you want see your stats, play game right.

edit.
changed opinion again.
maybe show scores ofwinning team at the end of round.

Amen to this.

Would it be possible to modify the score menu to show how many tickets Taken / Lost for each player?

And for Insurgency Taken / deaths.

I think teamplay could be advanced if players could more closely see the game in terms of tickets for and against the team. The old vanilla KDR system isn't always a good indicator of contribution and/or skill.

guys..at least give us the little satisfaction to see the kills we made
of course is not the only satisfaction you can have, especially on pr.

of course i' m more satisfied from good teamwork...but keep in mind that even if this mod
is teamwork orientied it still a FPS.so yes i/we would like to see the kills i/we have made at the end of a round.

for me the best solution it could be to show the stats concerning point and kills just at the end of the round and not before.with this solution you can even avoid the opportunity to know if you have killed or not that enemy at 1000 m from your position that you had shooted...which is obviously an arcadish possibility.

K/D ratio is what makes people noob a vehicle or kit instead of supporting squads to complete their objectives.

I voted for "Only show scores at round end" because you can sometimes work out roughly what the enemy is up to through scores... (FoB building, for i.e.) and this may be an advantage in some contexts...

I say, let the only factions that can see their kill counter be: Insurgents, milita, Hamas, Taliban.

So they can relish every time they kill somebody, make them more chaotic (because all the kill wh*res will play them). And makes more people happily play them.

The Kills Scores are like a confirmation to your shot. It'd be annoying that we move into an area kill a whole squad (or think we do), step all over their bodies, and then leave to another area only to have a medic revive them all.

I feel that the kill scores work as they are now and help squads know if they can move out or not... its important unless we get some way to absolutely kill someone beyond critically wounded... like a bayonet stab to the face.

Holy Resurrection Batman!

Right, I'm suggesting that on pressing tab, something else that isn't the scoreboard is shown; I don't know about you guys but I don't have a clue how points are accured, and looking at K :D ratio affects my game - If I've got no kills and died 7 times all I can think is "When's the next map?", but if I can't see how many times I've died or how many kills I've got I don't care.

PR should focus on the game in the field not willy-waving on the scoreboard. Let's focus on what the team has achieved in-game and not the individual. If you're storming a bunker and take it, great; your team has managed to gain ground and remove an enemy threat - Not "Yay I killed 3 people then!".

What do you chaps think?
