They always use sa-7/Stinger, Dashika 12.6mm or these ZPU AA guns.

A 20 second search in google videos will show you.

I even posted a video of an Apache taking AA fire and going down in the off-topic section not too long ago.

I think he meant to point out at how odd it is to never see Militia fight air assets in PR. Look at each maps starring Militia.
