Title says it all tried alot of things to fix this and still have not found a way.

Radeon 4890
4 gigs G. SKILL DDR2 1200
XFI exteme music ( disabled runnining hardware setting)
My graphics have always been on high and recently tried reseting them to see if that would fix it to no prevail. Seems to have hit after the patch. I've talked to a few other people having the same problem. Tweeked multiple settings in ccc and that didnt solve it. Deleted cache folder. Ran Battlefield Cleaner. Seems patch related since the graphics worked before.

Have you tried setting your graphics to 'default' then quitting out followed by reboot?
If that doesn't work I suggest you uninstall PR, reboot then download the FULL installers (1&2) and reinstall from them. This worked for me a patch or two back.
