Installed bf2, updated to 1.41, then to 1.5. First time I installed, I installed PR .9 1/2 and then the incremental update .91. Game starts, screen blacks out, then it shuts down, without error.
I reinstalled and havn't installed PR yet. Same thing. I ran in windows mode and got this error...
Note: Everything is run as Admin, including the patch installs.
Ideas?

Btw, I have Nvidia 8800 GTS Video card, Latest or nearly the latest drivers(As of like, 2-4 days ago) and all that jazz. Please help..><

Fixed it. went into Documents/Bf2/profiles/default and changed the resolution to my windows 7 resolution and refresh rate, and wolah, it fixes. SERIOUSLY?!!?!?!?!?!?!? Rediculous man.

Yea I think you need to run PR above res 800x600@60Mz
