just asking because for some reason wan i install BF2 3 maps from the DVD will not install and the DVD is clean.

Yes, you should be able to do that. I have original installation DVD's for both BF2 and BF2142, but I still play the versions I downloaded using EA Download Manager. Games you already own are registered from within EADM so downloading it would be the first step.

after talking on the phone with EA tec the reason im unableto register my BF2 complete collection is that my CD keys are some what to old "less then 1 year old" to be able to register on the EA download manager.

im going to go see if i can register my BF2 on steam. they seen to be an lot better to there customer then EA has been.
