mine would be when I was on Silent Eagle and our pilot died and we didn't know it then we jumped out and we landed in front of an enemy tank and me and my whole squad killed.

I think I know of the incident your talking about

On silent eagle our squad just took Central village and we requested heli transport to the Silo flag. The chinook pilot picked us up and took off due East to the edge of the map before skirting the map's edge due north. After a while of flying and seemingly going further north of the flag we are all like, "umm...." and the pilot replies, "watch dis!". Two seconds later we enter the DoD around the Russian Repair Station and the pilot spins the bird around and just barely make it out with a second to go, or so we think. The pilot and the SL both die and the 5 squad members parachute out of the falling helo in the very north eastern corner of the map, 300m+ away from the silo in the middle of nowhere.

Our squad starts a trek towards the objective while the pilot and SL spawn in, this time the pilot flys right at the flag and lands 50m away from the eastern fence of the missile silo and drops a crate. The SL starts building a FB so no one has to endure that experience again and just as the 5 squadies make it to the FB, we get ambushed by the defenders of the Silo Flag who saw and heard the Chinook land. We push the Russians off and barely survive when the chinook arives with another crate and a squad, just as a tank arrives, which quickly turns the helicopter in to scrap handing on our heads.

Just played a game of cat and mouse with an enemy chopper for the last 10 minutes only to have the thing look me dead in the eye and rush me. I said "Oh ****" as the first bullet was fired.

Qinling. The Chinese captured the last British flag (farm house I think it is) and most of the British team was more than 2km from that flag with no choppers available. Me, db, fuzz, and hyperactive, walking east from a completely decimated firebase in the west, were the few left of our two squads since no one could respawn or everyone else in the team was far behind us at the destroyed firebase.

While walking, we heard a Z-10, which had been a major factor of our losses in various skirmishes in the western part of the map, behind us. When the Z-10 was facing and heading in our direction, we dropped our kits and surrendered. Remarkably, the helicopter ripped apart our teammates in our surroundings, while leaving us untouched.

As Marines on Muttrah, we took a rooftop from a couple MEC troopers in the central city area, and set up to watch to the south and south west. We spotted a TOW and HMG being constructed on the rooftop of the southern hotel, and our riflemen and SAW opened fire on their posistion (200-300m away) to "discourage" their efforts. I was a medic, and with iron sights had little to do but sit, watch, and scope the rooftops for an inevitable MEC response.

The response came in the form of an enemy HAT soldier, which I spotted way up on the watchtower of the castle, in the process of unpacking his weapon. I called in his location, but we were not able to bring in suppressing fire in time to prevent the HAT from firing.

I was able to make a frantic call over VOIP for people to hit the deck, as I watched the rocket soar straight at us (its flight time was upwards of 3 seconds), and I ducked behind the building's parapet just in time to avoid being taken out in the blast.

I'm still not a hundred percent certain why I lived, since our SL was killed less than 3m from me. After reviving the squad I talked them into leaving our rooftop, certain that another HAT round would be coming soon. I was right: Another one hit the exact same spot as soon as we reached the bottom of the stairwell.

Chicago hardcore insurgency on ramiel. My squad had been rolling in humvee's for most of the map and we ended up back at the main US base to rearm. As we were leaving we saw 2 strykers and 2 other humvees roll up and also get repaired. We decided to make a convoy to the cache. We form up and leave the base, 3 humvee's with 50 cals, a transport humvee and 2 strykers in a line. We head out, across the bridge when the strykers suddenly stop. Me and the other squad humvee are honking the horn when gary appears over the dunes to our left heading straight toward the 6 vehicles stopped dead in the middle of the road.

Thats happened to me so many times... seems to only happen to me in jets when im flying 900kmph+

OMG, like in COD4!

I had also an "Oh ****" moment:

It was Dragon fly map, RT server, right after 0.9 release.

We were GB, checking a building in the city. I was medic and I had no granades. It was quiet and we didn't expected that it's full of militia.

When we entered it (act. 3 of us) and, without any fear, went to the staircase, s1 shot both my squadmates from upstairs. I was alone, so I went a bit back, in the corner, when I could cover whole room from, including stairs.

Suddenly, I can see this mutherf****** that shot my comrades. He wasn't aiming me and I was stabilized on him. I wanted to restrain him. RT was using one-chanel, forced-to-be-used Mumble, so I shouted on him:
- Halt! drop your weopon and get your hands up!
Than I heard massive choir of laughts overhead:
- LMAO, ARE U TRYING TO ARREST THE WHOLE SQUAD?!

Oh ****...

Ensuing with a epic firefight.

Talking about epic firefight, last nite on Beirut, after the 10 ticket alarm ringed, I was behind enemy lines and rushed back to the front, came across a full squad of good little obeying targets crossing the large road 2 by 2 one in tight formations.

I had stinguer so the only option was to gun them down 5.56 single shot,

The first two cross the road, im behind them on a corner, they dont see me, I left the first guy go, the second guy runs behind him, I aim the door he's going to, POW, shoot the mofo behind the head JUST before he enters house.

At that same time, 2 more guys cross the road, this time I know the first guy is about to look my direction from somewhere, so I pop the last guy 3 times, POP POP POP, see him go down, I aim back on the other side of street, See the FIRST guy aiming at me, I barely put my sights on him and empty 3-4 shots.

Next thing you know he's going down to and I aim back to the right on the last guy alive, the first of the 2nd formation, He's now inside the building firing around me.

I just run up 3-4meters, Crouch, Aim and pop 2 shots.

Mofo down. Game over.

P.S: We lost tho lol would have been epic right?

Muttra playing as a MEC medic at the docks.
We are under fire and the SL is coming at high speed with a truck to get us out of there. We all hop in all but me and the SL get mowed down by an AR. Just as it looks like we are about to escape i see a guy taking aim.... BOOM! suddenly we are all killed by the guy who evidently had a LAT.

Talking bout bomb trucks, last nite on Archer, almost half the canadian team is =]H[=, Theres 3 fb's and 3 TOWs covering all the hills around the village.

I went thru the village full speed with gary, survived 2 TOW attempts, truck started flaming under the 3/4 .50 firing at me lol.

Basrah: big red enters British main, at the last moment I managed to kill driver in it so it stopped just two meters from Challanger and two APCs. Everybody who was in our main (about 10 persons) started to jump over it and were taking photos. So no one noticed when little red bomb car entered main blowing up next to big red - destroying this way all vehicles we had in our main and killing 1/3 of our team.

Archer: Playing as Canadians, I was at the outpost at A5 or something, and I was building **** there (apparently we were turning the hill into a fortress). Once I finished building I said to my SL: "alright can I get some help with the-ah shit [a Taliban with a DShK was pointing right at me]". I didnt think to drop my kit and raise my hands but instead jumped. I died a good death

This was an "Oh ****" Moment for everyone involved. I forget who it was, but i remember his name was one i recognized here on the forums.

i was on.. i forget the map.. asad something....

anyway- i was hamas, and i know their is a firefirght going on in the middle of the map, near one of our hideouts.
I spawn on the hideout, run a while, kill some guys, bla bla bla, die.

Then i respawn. I spawn in the water. I see a guy with an Israeli kit.. but its our hideout, and i thought he was friendly. then his name dose not appear, and i remembered not seeing a single friendly on the map at all. Lucky for me, he was also in the water. It had been one of those slowmo moment.. we just staired at each other, and we both turn and run out of the water as fast as we can. Unfornatly for me, he killed me, before i had chance to kill him...

We "Lol'ed" at it afterwards =P

LOL! Reminds me of Karbala once - with the big dome of death around the US base now.

We hop in a HMMVV and as we start going towards the exit (the HMMVV was parked next to the helipads so we couldn't see down the entrance). As we are almost peeking around the corner a black techie comes storming in. We all scream "OH ****!" And the two guys on the techie instantly die. That was hilarious if you had been there.

I haven't been playing for very long, but there are several of these moments to chose from...

Most recent one was when I was playing as an American medic on Fallujah, and I thought I saw another American in a doorway nearby. The second I saw him, I heard "I NEED A MEDIC HERE!" Much to my surprise, this "American" was really an Insurgent ... in disguise. I was promptly loaded with 5.56 to the face.

Needless to say, I need to get my eyes checked >_>
