What about educating new players, introducing new 0.9 influx players to the joys of mumble teamwork, I think an Elite team is more interesting:

CAS: Aaron/Fizz
Recon: Mr Hyde
Armour: L4gi Raic
Inf; Gazzthompson/Redwater/Zebra
FOB's/Supplies Himalde
Sniper: Helltrouphy

Like it matters, no one would of heard of us. However, I really think there would be no match against this team. (unless you fight with TG ping on your side :P )

3 random dudes, preferably not to good - makes me look better.
1 quite good dude which I can team up with and look cool and even better with in front of the other dudes.
And an angry squad leader that screams alot and get the squad to do stuff.
