[0917] Rally Point didnt disappear?!

Description:
We build a FOB between the containers on Muttrah as the SS shows. To get more shovels in, we set a RP. After a couple of minutes, we noticed, that the RP is still there even with nmes around. We needed to knife it to get rid of it.

Steps to Reproduce:
Dont know. Build a FOB there and set RP?

I have done this twice, only thing in common each time was I was building a FB and had got a crewman kit to help shovel, havent been able to pin exact circumstances yet.

But shortly it seems like some servers are modifying server files to change the rally point settings. DEVs are investigating the case
