I've never found SL stressful, though as RedSparrow will tell you I tend to scream alot when being a trans heli pilot :D

Simple fact is if you **** up as a SL you're generally forgiven easier, especially if you accept plans your squad members come up with - whereas when you're a pilot, you have a million things to think about, to worry about, and PR is very unforgiving, both as a game and a community, towards pilots, if you lose concentration for a moment while flying it's very easy to lose control of the aircraft, losing you team up to 13 tickets and gaining a hell of alot of abuse and sometimes even a kick from a server. Mumble makes it easier - and can take away some of the abuse (You can keep the guys in the back informed of your situation, people tend to be calmer when their heli's gone down after the Pilot is telling them exactly what's happening, i.e telling them he's taking fire, or is losing control, or the rotors are out etc.).

I voted jet pilot, all vehicles stress me out except humvee's(though I try to avoid those too) but planes do so the most, right behind heli's and tanks, because they go very fast so you hardly can spot anything, you're constantly under enemy locks, and once you're hit you won't be able to fix something about it

SL has to be the most stress full when squad mate cant do a simple thing like throw a rope off a roof or wont do what you say and during battle will just pick up a kit you dnt want them to

Transport Helicopter pilot, nothing like having 6+ people's lives on your hands especially when their SL is in a bad mood! when you're being shot at and still they insist on another crate from the back of your helo, its just mental.

Stressful is the squad leader especially when everyone isn't listening to you, isn't obeying orders, grabbing useless kits and stuff like that. I spend too much time kicking players I don't even have fun playing squad leader lol.

I stick to squad member.

Yeah squad leading is hard, some times i can do it, when i with the right people, But i think the hardest role i play in PR is the medic, most of the time your the guy every one turns to when the shit hits the fan,

I voted SL as the most stressful for me, mainly because when it comes to leadership I get a bit self-concious, and when I start barking out orders, I tend to get reassurance from my team the entire time to see if they agree with my decisions. Lately I've been asking everyone else around me to be SL as I've found its more fun to take the orders than to give them. :)

QFT, I can totally agree with that. Last night on Fallujah we were going door to door and about every thirty seconds I was yelling for a Corpsman, the poor guy was dashing around from house to house, running across streets, getting RPG's shot at him, it was bad. He held up pretty good though.

For me, definitely squad leading, I fail so bad at fixed wing so I never fly them anyways :D

I only play as infantry squad member. I have never been a squad leader, I've never been commander, heck I've never even drove a single vehicle in multiplayer.

So I'm gonna say being a medic is the most stressful for me. Hearing 4 squad mates screaming your name and yelling out directions such as north, east, southwest, etc. all at the same time is kinda crazy. When the SQ Leader asks me to be Medic, the first thing that pops into my mind is FFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.

But, the LEAST stressful, or MOST relaxing, I think, is Combat Engineer. I played as Combat Engineer for the first time ever last night, and I kinda like it now. I just don't like not having an Acog on my assault rifle, I have bad eyesight already and it makes seeing things more tougher.

Just off commanding 9 squads on karbala NWA- took 5 caches and lost.

Most demanding ever.

If we add up that 3 squad leaders of that round were on mumble.

I squad lead 9/10 rounds I play, and I find it very relaxing even though I micromanage constantly. Love jumping on and SMASHING IDF on Beirut when leading a squad, so satisfying. The most annoying thing is armor driving, losing such a valuable asset makes my heart drop lol.

Being the one guy with a HAT kit when your entire squad is about to get hammered by an APC. All the yelling SHOOT HIM! SHOOT HIM! HURRY THE F*** UP! gets a bit stressful.

I usually play Medic, but I don't find it stressful. Whenever people start bitching at me to revive them I usually just tell them to STFU and wait 20 seconds. THEY can be medic if they think its so easy.

DEV team should release some kind of small manual for squad leading and then commander job. That could help.

Not really, because there are hundreds of right ways and hundreds of wrong ways. It all comes down to the squad leaders leadership skills and ability to use the squad like the tool that it is.
