PR's relation to VBS2 JCOVE

As I was reading down the Forum Rules, something came to my attention, I'm new to this forum so excuses me if what I'm about to ask is common knowledge, but I can't find anything related thru the forum search.

I'm referring to Section 5 : Moderation
"The moderators are here to assist the JCOVE Developers and members, and ensure the smooth running of the forums."

So my question is, What is the relationship between PR and JCOVE, is PR just a side project of the JCOVE Team??? or did JCOVE evolve from the PR project??

Is GAZ(dev) of JCOVE, the same (R-DEV)GAZ of PR??

and ye, Gaz, UK_Force etc are part of JCOVE.
