hm, I feel bad for saying (typing) this, but this is what I do - I never play on "defensive" side.
If I can, I switch to the "assaulting side", and I always play OpFor on insurgent maps.
If admins don't like it, that's fair, I leave the server.
Sorry guys, but if the defending team is good, you can spend hours waiting for the enemy who never comes.
Not my idea of fun.

how often do you see people NOT attacking on publics? it ALWAYS happens.
the connection to the last PRT battle here is obvious. just to state some things in order to avoid misconceptions:
milita was always outside the DOD
british have superior ranged weaponry
militia attacked after all was set (delay due to destroyed apc if i remember correctly)
