PR Don´t run with patch v0.91 ( lagging)

I used to play PR often and it never made any problems even on win7.
but the day i installed the PRv0.91 patch i experienced serious problems while playing the game.
i can start the game and all but when i join a server it runs normally for several minutes but then i have about 10 pictures per second
i already reinstalled battlefield 2 and Project Reality.
nothing helps. i have the problem also when im playing solo.
I played the game with every specifation at highest possible ( graphic 1920*1080 4*Asaa etc)
I putted the settings down but i got no positive result
Heres a short overview of my system:
Windows 7 64 bit
Intel Core 2 QuadQ8400 ( 4*2,667Mhz)
4GB-DDR RAM
Nvidia GeForce9600 with 2GB RAM

i got the same. no problems at all until 0.9/patch. i hoped 0.917 would fix it but it didn't and i don't believe the next one will. idiotic that some people play perfect with absolutely crappy computers while some people with good computers are having these problems. i had the exact same problem on a completely different computer.
