Vehicle warfare - flag behavior change

Example: Yamalia vehicle warfare mode: 4 flags, any majority of flags causes a fairly quick bleeding of tickets.

Problem: This means the team that captures a single flag can simply camp it to win the map in a short period of time.

Easy solution: Add a fifth flag and lower the bleed for the second to last flag, or simply set a win condition for when all flags are capped with four flags. Or a delayed bleed, where the team has X amount of time to recapture the point before the bleed occurs.

The problem with the single flag capture is that it is very easy to defend a flag from capture in PR, so once a single flag has been taken it can be held easily by defenders until the bleed is successful. The defenders not only have to recapture that bleeding flag, but also keep a couple of sneaky tanks from taking the next flag in order while assaulting that second to last flag. Adding a central fifth flag would add to the time it takes the winning team to start the bleed and also allow for a little breathing room on each side to fall back and defend a future flag instead of being forced to assault the primary flag while the bleed is going on. In the current incarnation the map will be decided by the first taken flag in the vast majority of rounds because a single objective is all that is needed to take the entire map.

This has also been the case on Kashan, but to a lesser degree since hiding and ambushing attackers is harder on Kashan due to its open layout.
