good headset mic options

In game my mic is too loud and it is a fair distance from my mouth...so what would be good mic settings? : : :

I always have problems with too low volume. Go into your control panel, sound settings and find options for microphone, un-check mic 20db boost, maybe try and un-check the boost in the ingame options as well, under audio.

look in your system settings under audio control

windows have the option for mc boost that must be set "on"

the ingame mic boost is to low....!

but there are to many diffrent options for Sound cards / onboard chips... etc.

I had onboard chip from realtek, that mic boost can be set between 0db and 24 db boost

I mostly use 24 db boost , so i can fine adjust Voip ingame better
