Mouse supersensitivity ingame menu

Hi. I had a BSOD crash on Silent Eagle yesterday, and after restarting my computer and the game, I found out that my settings have all been wiped. After restoring my settings such as video and controls, everything was back to normal, almost.
The mouse sensitivity of the menu and in game are fine, but when I open a menu in game, such as the squad menu or the score menu, the mouse is super sensitive. It is also much larger and out of proportion (too wide). I suspect the resolution setting for the in game menu mouse was reset. Is there a way for me to change this? It makes joining squads and selecting players very difficult.

That sounds weird. Not surprising, considering it's BF2, just weird

Try to clear your shader cache located at My Documents\Battlefield 2\mods\<modname>\cache. There should be one or more randomly named folders, like {D7B71E3E-4540-11CF-9F56-09251CC2C535}_3153_3. Just delete them all and see if your menus became normal.

The shader deletion didn't fix the problem, but I found the profile folder at the same location, and I deleted my profiles, then re-retrieved them from the login screen. After changing my settings again, the problem mysteriously disappeared. Thanks!
