Please include your basic PC info in your post :
Operating system = XP, Vista etc.
systems specks = cpu/speed, ram installed, video card/video ram on card,type of monitor
network setup = cable, 4 port 10/100/1000 d- link gamers lounge/ wired connection.
And a brief history before and after problem started.
Please describe when your CTD or problem hits and
what you have already tried.
The more info you can give the better your chance of getting a quick answer back.
You don't have to write a book,
but your basic PC info is needed to help you.

Not able to use VoIP?
Did you try pressing tab, right click to activate mouse and click manage, then mute and unmute yourself? That seems to work most of the time.
Make sure you have 'mike boost' checked in your windows audio setup.
1. Yes I have checked the stickies, no help.
2. I have scoured the internet/forums of all kind for a solution, nothing that works, hence the thread.
3. PC Specs:
OS-Vista
Graphics-Nvidia 8600
Processor-AMD Phenom x4 64
RAM- 6gb
Monitor-Acer X191W
Network setup- all I know is that it is broadband
4. There was no brief history before the problem, its always existed
5. the Mute/Unmute solution cannot apply to this problem because VOIP will not even enable :/
