You know when player joins the squad he have to wait 120s before he can request limited kits. Its up to SL if he lets player be in the squad or kick him before he can "steal" a kit. Locking squad with 4 members is commonly allowed rule. So, you can lock ur squad and ppl cant steal ur squad kits right away. When ppl leave from the squad as a result of bad leadership they should not get any punishment for that. The sniper isn't usually going to work in conjunction with regular infantry squad in most scenarios. Since requesting sniper or even marksman kits is always the cause for people jumping in and out of squads, why not make it available for request as easily as the pilot and crewman kits are? The limit on the number of those items per map remains the same.
If ten people want a sniper kit, the first one or two guys will get them and the others will have to do without.
Note: I'd already brought up automatic association of kits to squad types where squads are automatically created and all you have to do is join the one you want: The game would only allow kits/assets to be taken by the proper squad. This idea is not feasible nor wanted in most cases.
To be honest, I'd rather a sniper leave my squad upon obtaining the kit so he can create a sniper squad, than need to inform him that he will be kicked if he doesn't revert to his original. So I have stopped taking insult in cases of snipers, even more so if a player explains his intentions.

So what happens if the SL just being a ****** or trying to make room for someone else and kicks you after you got the kit ?
