Arm the pilots

Okay,so i was playing PR tonight,i got shot down over the enemy territory,so i come across one of the Chinese dudes,i could have easily shot him or knifed him but i couldn't.I just want to see if anyone could give pistols or a knife for the pilot.

didnt squads like get in choppers with 1 pilot kit and 1 medic. and they would tell the chopper pilot to hover high up and then they would all paradrop out and the pilot would parachute down and revive all of them...

or they would all be pilots and use the pistols accuracy to their advantage

No what i mean is if i pilot gets shot down,he can hold his own until help arrives.
