nvidia drivers .9-.917

hello my question is to the dev's , i recently got a new monitor which was not plug and play and had to install all new drivers etc etc.

long story short, pr loads and then crashes back to desktop, i even had the nerve to load up vanilla to see what would happen and it was the same, i dont remember which driver i had installed so my question is...... what driver was pr .9 tested on so i can download it from the nvidia site, thanks

Did your resolution or refresh rate change? If yes, did you remember to edit your video.con files and/or PR shortcut resolution options accordingly?

i decided to jus reformat and put on windows 7,,, it works fine now but whenever a server switches maps, it will crash when it gets fully loaded, i put my textures on medium but it doesnt help,,, any other tips ?

The black Screen then back to desktop ws probably caused because you Refresh rate for the video (the one in video.con) was not supported by your new screen.

Are you getting any error when it finished loading and crashes ? or is a plain CTD?
if you get no error try using windowed mode by editing your PR shortcut in the desktop target should like like this:

"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe" +fullscreen 0

Then you will get an error message
