No Black and white effect

Hello, I want to ask a question about this issue. I had this effect working when I had 0.85 but after few week it disappeared. I read that it is problem with graphic card drivers and I'm not sure if I didn't install new version before it disappeared. My current version of nVidia drivers (I have Asus GeForce 8800GT) is 181.22. So my question is: What was the last version of those drivers that supported black and white effect?
