Custom PR color settings!

You don't see the difference on screenshots - only the person who has these settings on his GFX card does.

To achieve the same effect for screenshots, you have to use contrast settings in Photoshop and the like.

Hmpf, used to be that you could change the specific colour settings 'n stuff with Nvidia.

Ive not had any luck with this, tried new drivers with settings as above and it looks the same to me. Anyone with ati managed to alter their colour?

What Ive shown in the pic 7 & 10 is whats recommended. I ramped it upto like 5 times as much and it showed in the game so I guess 7 & 10 is working too but too subtle for me to really notice and it doesnt show on screenshots either

but it's not clear to me if these settings show the same result as the nvidia settings.

usally when i need a bit more brightness (at dark maps like tad sae etc) i enter the monitor control panel and turn on "highlight" over the whole screen. makes me see every little movement in the bushes

I'm trying to get this with the ATI Catalyst Control Center (because I can) and I'm doing it in English. I've got down the Gamma, Contrast, and Brightness, but what can someone translate Bildschärfung for me?

Hey.. i think you need to open Nvidia Control Panel, then Select a Task.. all i see similar to you Pic, Bosco, is "Adjust Desktop Color Settings".

I have the Advanced.. i will tell you.

Brightness - 50%

Digital Vibrance - 0%

Contrast - 50%

Image Sharpening - None

Gamma - 50%

What should i do..i mean, i have to move the Sliders to have the same to yours? what changes in the Monitor? It makes cool changes in the Game? Is really worth to do it?.

I have a Syncmaster 794MB Monitor.

Also the file provide doesnt work, i mean, i clikc somewhere, Profile,Open and i search for that File, it says that he would change my Settings to a new one.. i accept but nothing Happens.

I run Windows XP Proffesional whit a Vista Skin because its awesome =D .

cant find the profile-manager in my control panel (forceware 178.13). Maybe someone can tell me the steps to change profiles.

Welcome back Rico!

I stopped changing the color settings over a year ago after a new type of Nvidia drivers changed the way it worked

So all I can say is that you're best of just messing around with the settings and stay with what you like.
