Error when trying to install says 64bit and 32bit

I have downloaded the lasted ver. of bf2 mod PR today and last week and both times when I try to install I get the error:

the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you're running. check your cumputer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) verion of the program, and then contact the software publisher

and it will not let me install the file
Please help

I am running windows vista 64bit 4 GB ram 100 GB open space
and all my drivers ARE up to date

Try the Right click and select run as admin.

that is NOT the problem I have already done that it has nothing to do with
admin rights I 100% sure...
