Loading problems, Server Refused connection.

Hello,

I guess I'll start off with the rig I'm using :

Intel Core 2 CPU 4400 @ 2.00Ghz
1gb Ram
Windows 7 32bit
Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT 756mb

Since yesterday I've been experiencing a failure to connect issue. As soon as I try to connect with my account I get this : The server refused connection. I tryed out BF2 - yet the same problem percists.

No, I'm not using a wireless. And yes, I've tryed disabling and enabling my internet.

The second problem I'm experiencing is - Slow load up times. Sometimes it can even take up to 3 minutes to load a PR map. Althought sometimes - Less than a minute. I have set the lowest settings ,everythings off though it takes ages to load.

Any ideas on what to do?
