it might look better if every map that is using them uses a custom terrain_v1_c or whatever the file is so that the dirt matches the ground more effectively.

i read, just was thinking, for example if mines were on a bridge, even if the bridge was not destroyed, you could deploy the bridge on the in game bridge where the mines were, but im not sure of all the coding and stuff so just ignore what i said

seriously though, its a great addition. One thats been needed for a very long time since bridges were irrepairable [new word, i like it]. and it'll be fun... i mean painful watching all the assets and tickets go down the drain almost literally

Me too. I'm always on here to either check if there is anything new or if there has been a reply to one of my replies or something.

Does the bridge always same the same brown texture? Or does it have dark green texture in forest maps?

i think it would be better if we can make those dirt piles by ourself with our shovels
this is how they are made in real life also, i guess? would be cool

Chances are if you did that the mine would still go off :p

It would be better to put C4 or an IED on the bridge ;)

Now why didn't I think of that! To the strip club!

Excellent work, thank you.
hehe, nothing to do with public suggestions thou I can assure you :p
Can read my blog for more info on how the idea came about etc :)

At the moment we only have the same brown textures for every map but we might make a "_woodland" texture too.

In real life they wouldn't bother in most stations and if they did need to modify the ground, they would use a TROJAN :)

The requirement for predefined locations really spoils this addition imo.

Good work... just a shame it has to restricted like this.
