I'm getting kicked from servers by punkbuster after like 10 minutes of gameplay because it says there is a problem with BF2 shaders?

If you installed BF2 into standard location under C:\Program Files, you have to either run PR as an administrator or give your user account modify permissions to mods folder under BF2's install location.

Also, search and delete all BF2 or PR related files under "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore"
