PR: freezing when trying to deploy

i start up pr i login and then i update my list then try to deploy to a server and it freezes up like a disc this has been going on for about 3 months ive tryd to fix it so many times but never got fixed so i just 4 got about it and now i hav nothing else to do so i want it fixed...even on single player i deploy the when LOADING COMPLETED, VERYFIEING CLIENt DATA shows it freezes upp.....i check task maneger and it says (NOT RESPONDING)....if any knows how to fix this plz help.....my Email is [email protected]
