PR Wont start up

Yes i did.
I just have to wait 20 or sometimes even 40 minuts to wait until the setup shows up.
(im lucky i got a PS3 then =P) So that's not the problem anymore. I re-downloaded both PR parts and installed it again. nothing chanced. My screen is still flashing like 4 times and then he returns to my desktop. (sorry for repeating this so much)

I was only refering to the long waiting time in my answer.

Here disable the the user account controls and you should not have problems with the long waiting time.

No problem, PR already works again =D.
Thanks for all the help guys, it was very usefull =)
patch 1.50 was not installed correctly. now i only got some lag (need to buy a new router

)
