I remember reading a topic about this and after looking it up I realised that it got pretty much forgotten/abandoned apparently unnoticed.

With the Brits' and PLA's lightly armored tactical vehicles I'd see more reason to bring it back with new looks and purpuse. Is it on any DEV's mind? I hope this post stirs up considerable attention.

since the MEC is a fictional force i dont see it unreasonable to give them some more old Russian equipment, but isnt the vodnick almost exactly like a BDRM?

Vodnik has higher transport capacity IIRC and I would imagine slightly less protection against small arms.

Vodnik is actually newer than most of the stuff you'll notice being used as of today.

There are only 2 operators of it, there are very few of them built and no plans for further deliveries, so unless Uruguay will be made as a faction( ), I, personally, don't see it appearing ingame again.

Locking due to re-suggestion. Aside from being a fairly unrealistic vehicle that isn't used a whole lot, when things get removed from PR they are rarely brought back. That said if you feel like making a new high quality model yourself i'm sure it could be considered.
