PRmumble 0.5beta won't launch, what have I done?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled mumble 0.5beta, and for the life of me I can't get the program to launch? Double clicking on the shortcut does nothing, thinks for about 3 seconds, but nothing.

Any ideas what I have done wrong?

Right-o, silly for not posting relevant specs, which are XP32bit.
Reposted (could be called a cross post I guess?) in the PR support area. Initially I thought it should not go there because it was not about PR, directly.
