TG server kicks

Hey guys, I started playing last night and sucked pretty hard, but still had a lot of fun. I find that when i try to join a Tactical Gaming server it will instant kick me with a message saying: You have been kicked for friendly fire. This is strange as I have not even had the chance to be in the server yet.. usually I try to join at 60/64 people. Is this because of slot reservations?? Thanks

P.s is there a way to change my user name in the game or do i have to make a new account?? Everyone is having trouble pronouncing my name in the squad.. ha.

TG's servers, you need to auto join and type "62" in the box.
