Re: Who made the menu music?
That is correct. The music in the main menu is actually two tracks from Scott's ( [R-DEV]Alkali ) album:'[R-CON wrote:Rudd;1393661']https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f389-p ... lkali.html
maybe its in there?
First part "Project Reality Theme" and the second part "Home" if I'm not mistaken.
I bought the full album and can only recommend it to anyone who likes Alkali's sounds. Listening PR whilst driving car, train, bus or even working is ... you know "epic"

Re: Who made the menu music?
Not to mention you can extract it from your PR files if you have horrible download (frankly, I became really good at finding and extracting game music lol; AA3 was the hardest one I've had yet). It's in a zipped file.
In your Battlefield 2 folder:
\mods\pr\:
Copy the common_client.zip to another folder (to keep the original intact in case you screw something up lol), then extract the folder.
Once extracted, go to Sound\Menu\Music
All the music files, in .ogg format, are there, including the 10 second win and lose sounds.
So, the final found, after everything is said and done, should be:
Battlefield 2\mods\pr\common_client.zip\sound\menu\music
Now, if you wished to reformat the music into, i don't know, a .wav, then a program such as Able MP3 is a decent, free program to reformat it.
