These cache's can only be placed by a commander or SL? and only 2 at a time can be placed or maybe all 7?Its kind of a suggestion and kind of a brian storming session I spose.
Dont know how you could work around the fact that a team just may not place there cache's maybe a ticket bleed if thay are not placed within 10mins of round start?
Plus points would be no more luck of the draw with cache "random" spawns also adds more involvment to the mode.
Bad points are this system is very exploitable and would be hard to implement right also I have no idea if the intell for blufor forces could be made to mark (roughly) where player placed caches are.
Must add im not saying replace the current system just add an optinal style of play kind of like the CnC game mode.
If anyone would like to throw some idea's about go nuts.
*edit* I did search and nothing came up.

Just a couple of the threads where this has been discussed previously, a simple search of "caches" brought these up on page two.

"I love the smell of napalm in the morning. You know, one time we had a hill bombed, for 12 hours. When it was all over, I walked up. We didn't find one of 'em, not one stinkin' dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like... victory. Someday this war's gonna end... "
