One solid hit from any caliber weapon will kill you. And don't argue it as I know if I said "Would you want to get shot with a .22LR?" you will say no.

Sure, even a 9mm in the lungs or heart will put you out of your misery IRL, but in PR you can still have about 50-40% health left. Then with a patch you're back to 70% which is pretty okay. But a shot from a G3? You're down to about 15-25% health.

Well, they did a good job of incorporating that if you shoot someone in the chest with an 9mm and their wearing an armored plate carrier that's rated to 9mm, and you have SAPI plates that are rated to 7.62mm then the first shot with a pistol isn't going to kill you. I still thinks it's a bit underpowered though. I shot a guy point blank with an M9 in game and put 6 or 7 rounds into him before he went down. And that's because I think I got a lucky head shot.

Poll lacks options, it requires 9mm, 12.7mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm UGL, maybe the 81mm, 105mm, and 155mm.

Ingame I prefer the M16 over the G3, but the G3 over the M4.

Why? The only difference between the two rifles is cosmetic: their stats are exactly the same.

L85 is my favourite AR. It gets the right balance between power, recoil and accuracy and it has full auto unlike the stupid 3 round burst on the American rifles.

As PR doesn't have real physics and ballistics it doesn't matter what caliber do you have. The only thing matters is accuracy. For ex. pistol can be much deadlier in PR than 7.62 rifle as it just has better accuracy. Pity but true.

He's an enemy soldier. There's no room for innocence there; if he escaped death at the hands of you or your fellow soldiers, then he should consider himself lucky.

Oh yeah. You're right. After all, it's so easy to distinguish a civilian from an insurgent nowadays.

Do you have any idea of how many innocent people get shot in a firefight in a town? Do they need to die for that?


And is killing really necessary? Take a look at Paraguay, what happened back in the 19th century. Was that really necessary? Killing +/- 3/4 of the male population?



EDIT: Of coure this is RL stuff, but if you accidently shoot a civi in PR twice, you won't kill him with a 5.56mm, yes with a 7.62mm if I'm not mistaken.
