BoneCrusherr201, its is extremely difficult to get a community faction off the ground. It takes many many many hours of really hard work. Everyone shoots you down, and there are very few people willing to help you out.
For a long time it is purely the lead who has to do everything. You have to scour the
bf2 (not just PR) modding scene for people that will invest time in the project. It took me months to gather the support needed to start the nzdf faction.
You need to be sure that your faction adds something valuable to the mod, not just that you want to see the country ingame because your patriotic.
Do you have any prior bf2 modding experience? It is very difficult to be starting a new faction, and teaching yourself to mod at the same time. Take one step at a time. My advice to you would be find a community faction team who will take you under their wing, and teach you some skills. Then once you have contributed successfully to that faction, you should pursue the mexican forces comfac.
I'm not trying to totally put you off this faction mate, so don't take it the wrong way. Just telling you how it is brother
