FIX - Rubberbanding with Low ping.

I spent about 3 days looking over all battlefield games because my PR suddenly started rubberbanding, even at pings of under 50 ms. I did Regedits, tried gamebooster, uninstalled and re-installed. Nothing worked.

Finally I found a post saying it might be overclocking, my CPU [an intel e8500 @ 3.16] was overclocked to 3.4 ghz, I set it to factory defaults, and all the rubberbanding stopped.

Now I just have a profile I load for PR @ factory defaults and a "regular" OC'd profile in my control panel in my CPU.

I hope this helps, if a post like this had existed I would have saved myself 3 days and trying to play with jerking back and forth.
