Literacy rate

While the literacy rates from the countries this forums members come from all hover in the high 90's it seems a rather large propotion of this forum struggles to read continuous prose. You simply read the first sentence, get confused, and try to extrapolate what the rest of the thread is about by using only that first 10 or so words.

Its the internet. There is probably an equation to explain how many IQ points you lose everytime you log on.

I'm trying to extrapolate the meaning of this thread TBH, since the reality forums are one of the few forums where people actually you correct spelling and grammar or at least try to.
